This talk aims to educate people on the sex and gender differences in how patients experience various medical conditions and their treatments. It also highlights the need for more research into this poorly understood aspect of medicine. Sophie Masson is a Year 13 student planning to study Medicine at University, with interests in medical ethics and global health. She is the Head Cadet of the Navy Unit at Alleyn's CCF and also the Principal Bassoonist in the School Orchestra.
