A hilarious 911 tape has been released by police in Rexburg, Idaho, and it details a pair of paranoid drug dealers, transporting 20 pounds of pot, who just want to surrender because they think they're being tailed by undercover narcotics officers. They weren't. "They thought they was being followed," Rexburg Police Capt. Randy Lewis told INSIDE EDITION. "Every time a car would go by, they would get out and throw up their hands.
