SFB - Onscene - 1/29/22 - READ Further For More Details .. View In "HD"

You are On Scene with the Shamokin Fire Bureau who responded to a Working Structure fire at 7th. & Pine St's.

Units arrived to heavy fire and the 2nd and third divisions and thru the roof of 205. The fire spread to three other exposures. All total 4 houses involved, and 2 minor collapses, and 2 major collapses occurred.

Firefighters were hampered by weather as it snowed overnight, and the temps were hovering around 15 degrees Fahrenheit. Fire hydrants were frozen and a stiff north wind helped the fire spread faster.

To my knowledge there were no injuries reported.

GREAT job by the sfb to control this VERY tough fire.
