Here’s a step by step guide on how to find your registration number on the Mobile app. You will need this to access Internet Banking.

When logging in to the Mobile app. on the PAC screen, tap Trouble logging in?

Tap, I need to see my Registration number.

Enter your name exactly as it appears on the card and tap Continue.

Enter your 7 digit debit card number which is under the expiry date in the middle of the bottom of the card, then tap Continue.

Enter your date of birth, and tap Continue.

Enter your mobile number, and tap Send activation code.

Enter the activation code as it appears in the text message.
Then tap Continue.

Here is your registration number.
Keep it somewhere safe so when you need it to access Internet Banking, you have it ready.
