The tenth release in the Mushroom 50 singles series, Vika & Linda cover 'Heading In The Right Direction' by Renée Geyer. Renée Geyer blazed a trail for women in music, and always on her own terms. ‘Heading In The Right Direction’ was Renée Geyer’s first Top 40 hit, a standout from her 1975 album Ready To Deal, which was later included in The 100 Best Australian Albums.

Vika & Linda first signed to Mushroom in 1994 for the release of their self-titled, platinum-selling debut record. They achieved their first #1 record in 2020 with the career-spanning compilation, ''Akilotoa,' followed by two #2 records later in 2020 and 2021.
