One of the most infuriating things about Star Wars is the fact that no one hates Star Wars more than the fans themselves. What's even more frustrating is the prejudiced hatred that the sequel trilogy consistantly gets, when they are actually well written films (for the most part) that does solid justice to the franchise..

These movies are not perfect either, they are flawed (especially the final film). But compared to the other Star Wars films, which most people find every excuse to praise over the ST, the trilogy is unique in its own right.
