एक दिन, वह एक थिएटर सभा में राज के साथ प्रिया से फिर से मिलता है लेकिन प्रिया फिर से राज को सच बताने से मना करती है। वह प्रिया को एक पायल देने के लिए उसके पास जाता है, जिसे उसकी दादी, जिनकी हाल ही में मृत्यु हो गई थी, ने प्रिया को तब देने की कामना की थी जब वह देव की दुल्हन बनी थी। शुरुआत में प्रिया की हालत से अनजान देव को सच्चाई का एहसास तब होता है जब उसे एक विकलांग लड़की को पेंटिंग देने की याद आती है और उसे वही पेंटिंग दूसरे कमरे में मिलती है। दोनों आंसुओं के साथ गले मिलते हैं और वह प्रिया को आश्वासन देता है कि चाहे कुछ भी हो वह उससे प्यार करेगा।
