A moving footage of 9 y/o Aubrey Johnson from Lancaster, Ohio gave a very powerful speech about unity at a Black Lives Matter protest as people CHEERED her on!!

She was very emotional after given a megaphone as she was surrounded by protesters who encouraged her message of peace and solidarity

She was seen struggling to begin her speech at first before being patted on the back to calm her as one protester said "Its okay Aubrey, do it. Don't stop, you got this"

Aubrey said "My name is Aubrey Johnson and i am 9 years old and if i get it, you should get it. it is very wrong to kill black people. Black lives should matter as much as white lives. it is so wrong"

Her mother, Misty Johnson posted it on facebook and said "I'm so incredibly proud of my daughter! She decided by herself to let her voice be heard today in front of thousands of people in downtown Columbus for the BLM protest! More youth need to get involved! Such a proud mama right now"

Her older sister, Brooklyn also attended and said "It's just sad how we have to do this to just let them have freedom. Also when i was up there doing the speech, i forgo to say it but i was going ot say NOT ALL LIVES MATTER UNTIL BLACK LIVES MATTER"

Misty, a photographer said it's important to bring her children to experience this because their generation is our future and is proud of her daughters for speaking up as she feels comfortable bringing her daughters to these protests
