As a forever GM and designer, I have pondered the design choices that make up our favourite games a lot. In D&D, we have pointed out a lot of flaws that still work for some people... BUT today, I talk about the initiative system and how, in Dungeons & Dragons and other TTRPGs that use the same method, it could be MUCH better! (Happy New Year, btw)
