Living St. Louis Producer Margie Newman visits the area of old North St. Louis where nearly 40 new homes are being built. After buying an old home in the neighborhood and rehabbing it, architect John Burse decided to do his part in reviving this declining community. As president of the Old North St. Louis Restoration Group, Burse has played an integral role in rebuilding the neighborhood.
