Hi, Everyone,

I am dedicating my song “Be Brave” to our wonderful friend Ornah Levy. She has always LOVED this song.

She loved and is loved by sooo many people, and as result, I had an overwhelming number of pictures sent my way. Please forgive me if your picture did not end up in this video. 

Although it may sound a bit crazy, I truly felt Ornah’s presence while putting this together. It was as though she was in the room with me having a great time, reliving all of these wonderful memories she shared with all of us.

As awful, disturbing, and devastating as all of this has been, I keep trying to remind myself that our dear Ornah is now free.

I shared the following sentiment with Ornah’s family, but I wanted to repeat it here because it is the only thing that brings me a sense of peace.
Having had severe PH and PVOD for 12 years, and having had a heart attack prior to a lung transplant, I know firsthand how difficult this disease is to live with. As much as you appreciate being alive, there is always a feeling of being trapped inside your body. Ornah is now no longer trapped.

I truly feel that her joyful spirit will always be with us.
