One of the biggest, fiercest players in NFL history. Atkins loomed large over opponents using his length and strength to overwhelm pass blockers. He was also athletic enough to chase down ball carriers and pick off passes with his leaping ability. He consistently had at least 8 sacks a season for most of his career and ended up with 94.5 unofficial sacks. He was a 1x First Team All Pro, 6x Second Team All Pro, 8x Pro Bowler and a member of the following: 1960's HOF Team, Pro Football Hall of Fame, and the NFL 100 All Time Team.
