Pro-Palestine demonstrations at the University of Wisconsin-Madison have persisted for four consecutive days, with several protesters resorting to sleeping outside in tents on campus grounds, demanding the university sever all ties with Israeli institutions.

However, the protest was met with backlash from the school administration, which declared the demonstration an unlawful gathering and ordered the tents to be removed by law enforcement on Wednesday morning. Several law enforcement agencies, including Dane County Sheriff deputies, were on campus to assist in removing the tents.
