Through the years of dancing I've searched for inspiration to find the movement that feels true to me. I've experimented with many forms of dance and took the elements that I felt represented who I was. I'm not one to categorize any form of art. It's an expression of oneself. Doing what ever it takes to express yourself is how you find yourself. I'm thankful to have found the style that represents me. Cloud Style :)

Here's a quick freestyle session I had today at Movement Lifestyle. Dancing in my socks is how I started. Something about the floating feeling beneath my feet makes me feel playful and open to exploring. When you get in your head always go back to the moment when you weren't :)
