The Fall Guy is equal parts Rom & Com & Action. It manages to be The Nice Guys meets The Notebook and doesn’t sacrifice either. This Ryan Gosling / Emily Blunt spectacle is a love letter to not just stunts but movie making itself.

The Fall Guy meant a lot to before I’d seen a frame. Before I’d ever hosted I briefly did stunts on a few movies before transitioning into this full time. And it’s bugged me ever since how little recognition they got. One of the toughest jobs in movies and we don’t know their names by the very nature of the job. This movie DIRECTED by a former stuntman, turned Stunt Coordinator (and 87 North co-founder) David Leitch makes sure we fall in love with allllll the below the line jobs on set (especially the stunty’s)

I’ve finally been growing this solo channel out, after years of everyone knowing me for guesting starring on nearly movie geek channel on the internet, and I wanted The Fall Guy to be my first longform review on here!
