Pink Floyd's Roger Waters and Syd Barrett interviewed on The Look of the Week, May 1967. The Look of the Week was a Sunday night arts programme on BBC2, which looked at the major artistic events of the previous seven days. Pink Floyd had come to prominence on London's underground club scene, attracting attention for their unique psychedelic, improv-heavy sound and hallucinogenic light shows. At the time of the interview the band had performed the first-ever surround sound concert at “Games for May,” a lavish affair at London’s Queen Elizabeth Hall where they performed material from their soon-to-be released debut album – The Piper at the Gates of Dawn. The Look of the Week represented the first substantial media exposure for band. The interviewer is Austrian musician and critic Hans Keller.
