There's been little to no buzz around House of Braniac, the new Superman event that kicks off this week. And that's unfortunate, the opening chapter in Action Comics #1064 is spectacular. Writer Josh Williamson throws the stakes for Superman and his family through the roof. Artist Rafa Sandoval is simply sublime, capturing the spirit of Superman. Action Comics #1064 is the best opening for a DC event in a very long time. Wes reviews House of Braniac Chapter 1 and tries not to geek out too hard about the best opening to a DC event in years. I did not see this Superman event coming.
