In the tumultuous backdrop of 2023, my inspiration arose from a desire to capture the complex emotions of desperation, temptation, and disconnection that spread through our contemporary existence. The chaotic state of the world served as a canvas for exploring the human mind amidst unprecedented challenges.

It’s enchanting, yet delusional; delirious, yet unpredictable. It’s audacious, yet vulnerable; agonizing, yet hopeful. When everything converges, we begin to lose track of what’s right and wrong, allowing urges and others' influence to shape the trajectory of our lives.

So, I hope that the immersive experience with haunting melodies, euphoric tones, and poignant lyrics not only provides escapism, finding comfort in the shared journey through the cruel currents of existence, but also encourages everyone to focus on their own truths and realities, to heal and grow.

“Cruel Rush” aims to evoke a raw and introspective response; sometimes, we all don’t know how to feel, and that’s perfectly okay. Let the rush flow, and when the time is right, we may know where to go.
