Her name is Hyojoo Ko (효주 고 in hangul/korean), and she promotes a project who says "I CAN DANCE ON BOARD".
She also filmed to VOGUE and traveled to Europe under the "Go to Europe with Longboard", that's why she's also known as Longboard Trip Korean Girl, and she films and shares her trips on her YouTube channel (link below).
