Chinese secret to tenderize the toughest beef I don't cook meat any other way❗
So I haven't cooked the meat yet. This is the easiest way to tenderize beef for quick cooking. This method works for the most inexpensive cuts of beef. The secret is to use the one ingredient that every home has. Cook with love! Cook with joy!

▶ Recipe and ingredients:
800 g beef
1 teaspoon baking soda
Cover and let stand for 30 minutes
3 cloves of garlic
1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt
ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chili flakes
tablespoon balsamic sauce
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 spoon chili sauce
Rinse the meat several times with clean water to remove baking soda.
Dry the meat with a paper towel
Heat some vegetable oil
Quickly fry the meat on all sides
1 large onion
1 large pepper
Fry all the meat in this way
Fry the onion for a few minutes
Let it simmer for a few more minutes
Add meat and sauce
Cover and simmer for about 15-20 minutes
1/2 part coleslaw
6-8 radishes
250 g cherry tomatoes
Bunch of fresh dill
1 spoon mayonnaise, 2 spoons yoghurt
Salt, black pepper
