What is this?

This is an energy-boosting isochronic tones track designed to help raise your brainwave activity to a higher dominant frequency in the beta range.

It rises from a slower wave frequency in the low delta range, which you normally experience during sleep. It gradually keeps increasing in frequency until you reach the beta range, which is what you naturally produce more of when fully awake and alert.

You can find out more about isochronic tones and how they work here: http://www.mindamend.com/brainwave-en....

How is this isochronic tones session constructed?

The session starts off beating at 1Hz and quickly rises to 8Hz by the 4-minute mark. Then 15Hz as it reaches 5 minutes. From there, it has a slow and gradual rise to 22Hz by the end of the 30-minute track.

How to use it?

It's best to listen with your eyes open. Having your eyes closed will naturally make you feel more relaxed and make it harder to boost your energy levels.

Headphones are NOT required

Although headphones are not required you may find they produce a more intense effect, because they help to block out distracting external sounds.

When to listen?

This track was designed to help you wake up in the morning, without having to reline on caffeine/coffee to boost your energy. That said, you can use it anytime you want a boost of energy.

How loud should the volume be?

The main thing to consider is that it should be loud enough to hear the repetitive isochronic tones, so you don't want it so quiet you can hardly hear them. But you also don't want it so loud that it's uncomfortable for you and hurts your ears, or gives you a headache. I'd recommend starting with the volume around halfway and adjust it to a level that you feel comfortable with from there.
