TODAY'S RECIPE IS Coconut Tapioca Milk Pudding | Coconut Jello Milk Pudding | Refreshing Tapioca Milk Pudding Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1 Coconut water (1 & 1/2 cup)
Sugar 2 tbsp
Agar agar powder 1 tsp
Let it boil
7 inch pan
Rest it for 30mins until set
7 inch mould
Boiling water
Soaked tapioca 1/2 cup
Cook until transparent
Strain it
Wash with cold water
Milk 2 cup
Sugar 1/3 cup
Agar agar 2 tsp
Let it boil
Boiled tapioca
Cook for 2 mins
Vanilla 1/2 tsp
Keep it aside until set

NOTE: 1 CUP = 250 ML
