If you strength train, making sure you have good form is going to make it way more effective, especially for injury prevention. A good starting point for proper form is knowing the 5 kinetic chain checkpoints:
1) Feet straight and parallel (when applicable)
2) Knees in line with 2nd and 3rd toes
3) Pelvis level, not hiked or rotated
4) Shoulders level, not rounded or elevated
5) Head straight, not jutted forward or tilted
