📚Description: The Les Paul Classic was birthed in late-1989, but did you know from 1994-1998 there was a CUSTOM SHOP produced Classic? I don't see Gibson ever reissuing these because the R0 / 1960 Les Paul Reissue has made them redundant. The Custom Shop Classics have zebra 57 Classics instead of dual black 496r/500t pickups, a blank truss rod cover, no pickguard and beautiful tops+color choices as well as either maple or mahogany tops.
