1 – The Potrerillos Valley, in Luján de Cuyo
To get to the Potrerillos Valley from the capital of Mendoza, we took National Route 40, joining National Route 7.
The total route from Mendoza Capital is just over 65 kilometers.
Arriving in Potrerillos, the beautiful views of the reservoir begin from the viewpoints.
Potrerillos gives us its natural beauties that are an inevitable stop.
Furthermore, one kilometer to the east of Potrerillos, following the old road to Chile, are the Cacheuta Hot Springs, widely visited for their therapeutic waters and their tourist complex where you can spend a whole day...

2 - Atuel Canyon, San Rafael
The Atuel Canyon is a narrow canyon where the river with the same name flows out.
It is located in the Valle Grande, 37 kilometers from San Rafael and 265 kilometers from Mendoza Capital.
The route takes approximately three and a half hours to drive from Mendoza Capital.
To get there you have to drive along National Route No. 40; National Route No. 143; and finally Provincial Route No. 137.
It is worth doing it in advance, stopping to admire the landscape.

3 – The Inca Bridge
The Puente del Inca is located on National Route N°7 just 15 kilometers before the entrance to the Cristo Redentor tunnel, which connects Argentina with Chile.
It is a rock formation generated by the water erosion of the Las Cuevas River, which formed and sculpted one of the most famous postcards of the province of Mendoza in Argentina.

4 - Christ the Redeemer
Seven meters high and four tons in weight, it was made in 1902 using bronze from the weapons of the Army of the Andes.
This site was declared a National Historical Monument and Cultural Heritage of the Nation by the Argentine government in 2003 and the religious image is built almost 4,000 meters high on the border with Chile.
The mountainous ascent can be done with vehicles in good condition.
It is necessary to take into account that, at higher altitudes, temperatures drop considerably and the wind is usually very strong and cold.

5 Lopez Wineries
Bodegas LĂłpez is one of the closest to the city of Mendoza in Maipu, the town where this beautiful and traditional winery is located.
We toured the Winery, ChampaĂąera and model vineyards. We carry out the visit free of charge with tasting included.
We learned about their history and trajectory, the different ways of harvesting, the process of making, aging and bottling their wines.
Walking the wine route you can see the best wineries, vineyards, landscapes and places in the MaipĂş area.

6 - Monument to the Army of the Andes, Cerro de La Gloria
This sculptural group is on a stone from the Andes mountain range, brought especially to raise the monument to the historical feat of General San MartĂn.
The monument to the Army of the Andes is located in what is currently called Cerro de La Gloria, in the General San MartĂn park and was declared cultural heritage of Mendoza in 1998.

7 - General San MartĂn Park
General San MartĂn Park is the oldest park, it is located in the City of Mendoza and is the main park of the Province.
Its extension transforms it into the largest artificial park in South America.
It is incredible to see the people of Mendoza at sunset, bringing their chairs, tables and snacks to enjoy this immense green lung, really, not to be missed...
In the park, we also find a beautiful artificial lake, the regatta club, more than a thousand meters long and a hundred meters wide.
This artificial water mirror, with its island, the rose garden and the pergolas that frame it, is one of the must-visit walks in the park.
