✨ The Story behind this dance workout:
Last week I kept having the SAME SONG going in loops in my head. We (probably) all know it - BUBBLE BUTT BUBBLE BUBBLE BUBBLE BUTT 😅🫧 And it hit me!!!! There is probably no other music genre & dance style that would make more sense to a basa$$ booty workout than HIP HOP 😎
So I decided to test this theory out and see what happens if I, not only make a workout on hip hop BEATS, but also change the active breaks in-between rounds to BASIC BEGINNER hip hop moves.
