I’ve just delivered a key-note presentation to the wonderful instructors and Exercise Professionals at Yoga Australia 🇦🇺. It’s such a privilege to share the vital information about menopause changes around the body with them. Menopause is a time of life to change the way we exercise or to add it in, if you don’t exercise, but it should also be energising, not exhausting and in this video, I explain why.

As a University lecturer in sport and exercise science for years, I never taught about menopause and muscular changes, as it was never thought about.

These days, I’ve changed all that, and have a 12 week exercise program called Rebuild My Fitness on the My Menopause Transformation website along with my foundation programs.
