Yes, this is one of those hokey "reaction" videos, and...again, we're not posting this because we're vain.

We're posting this because in our life, STAR WARS movies are an event- something we go to see with those we dearly love because we want to share our joy with them. We gather a group, head to the theater together, and share a magical experience.

Because we're currently so far from nearly EVERYONE we love and we didn't want to wait to watch it while we were WITH them (because who knows WHEN that will be), we recorded this so we could share these first moments WITH those who normally are there for that experience.

My parents introduced me to John Williams and STAR WARS. My sister shared the journey. My niece inherited our love. George​...is our "brother" in STAR WARS fandom (and life). Etc. There are so many people to list and name that we want to share this with.

So this... This is for them.

It also just so happens that "Star Wars: The Phantom Menace" was the first film Jennifer and I went to as a couple. So the saga has an even more special meaning for us.

Anyway...enjoy, we hope.
