Today we are opening the brand new 2023/24 Topps UCC Flagship Hobby Box. This product seems to be the foundation for what is to be expected for the rest of the Topps Soccer Products releasing this year. I have not seen any reviews on YT, so I hope to be one to give an honest review so that you can decide whether or not to pick this product up. I scooped this up from my LCS for $85.
