They struggled for 13 years to be together, because he was Irish and she was Punjabi, but through it all, she knew she wanted a wedding film by us. I met Anita & Colm in London, back in 2019 to discuss her story… but then soon after the world stopped and the wedding kept getting delayed, but her decision to have us capture her days never wavered.

Finally filmed over 7 days in Kent & Brighton, this film is a documentation of how this day came to be from almost everyone’s point of view, In multiple accents and languages!

I remember taking a shot of them posing for a family picture and I said to myself “I could easily be a part of this family.” And so effortlessly I became one. We all did. This was the wedding The Wedding Filmer fell in love.You see Nikki is Anita’s sister!

The wedding may have been delayed by two years but it just goes to show ‘Timing is Everything’.

Anita, Colm, Thank you for sharing your days of love with the world. I’m hoping it inspires them to find a love like yours.
