India has inducted an indigenously developed Light Combat helicopter into its Air Force. It will be called Prachand, which means fierce, fast and menacing. In light of myriad security issues which include border skirmishes with China and continued hostility with Pakistan – India continues to focus on heavily improving their offensive capabilities and Prachand will do just that.
