🍪 Today's recipe is a healthier version of Coconut Cookies.🤤In this video, we'll learn how to make delicious healthy coconut cookies with whole wheat flour and jaggery powder.🍪😍

🔘 INGREDIENTS:
• 1/4 cup of Ghee (घी)
• 25-30 gm of Unsalted butter मक्खन (if unavailable, add more 1/4 cup of ghee that means in total 1/2 cup of ghee)
• 1/2 cup Jaggery powder। (गुड़ का पाउडर)
• 1 cup whole wheat flour (आटा)
• 2/3 cup Dessicated coconut or fresh grated coconut (नारियल का बुरादा)
• 1 tsp Cardamom powder (इलायची पाउडर)
• 1/2 tsp baking powder (बेकिंग पाउडर)
• 1/4 tsp baking soda (optional) बेकिंग सोडा
