This pain relief sound therapy uses low delta wave isochronic tones which have been theorized to have soothing effects on the limbic system, the amygdala and hypothalamus in particular, which themselves operate at delta frequencies.

Part of my series of videos for chronic pain. You can find the others in the series here:

This is a brainwave entrainment music track using isochronic tones combined with music. The music has also been embedded with amplitude entrainment effects, where the music is subtly distorted and vibrates in unison with the same frequency of the isochronic tones. This helps to add further strength to the entrainment effect. If brainwave entrainment is a new concept for you, there is some information about it here: http://www.mindamend.com/brain-hub/br...

How This Track Works

Delta frequencies can be so helpful with conditions involving chronic pain, such as fibromyalgia. The frequencies I've used are between the range of 0.8Hz to 2.4Hz and have been associated with providing relief for back and muscle pains.
