Vikram Yadav, a former officer in the Research and Analysis Wing, had hired a hit team and plotted an attack on Khalistani terrorist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun on American soil, a report by the Washington Post has claimed.

According to the report, Vikram Yadav forwarded details about Pannun, including his New York address.
