RECIPE
2 eggs
40ml milk
1/4tsp ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
2 tsp shreded coconut
A pinch of salt(optional)
Mix well
2 slices of bread
Cut off the crusts (optional)
Medium-low heat
1tbsp butter/ oil
Put bread in the egg mixture on both sides.
Flip over and cook until ready.
Repeat
