6 Candles is a 2013 Tamil crime thriller film written and directed by V. Z. Durai. It stars Shaam and Poonam Kaur. The lead character sports six looks and goes around six states to solve a mystery. The film was released on 20 September 2013 with positive reviews and became a sleeper hit. The movie is loosely based on the 2007 Korean movie Voice of a Murderer.

Story : Ram, a software engineer, lives with his wife Lizzy and son Gautham. Their lives are turned upside down when Gautham goes missing and Ram realises that he has been kidnapped by child traffickers.
