So, let me teach you guys about the Paparazzi compensation plan okay so we have you. You need to be active. You need to be active in paparazzi in order to collect a paycheck ever. Let me show you guys what director means. When you are a director you need to sign up some people just like you so you need to have one person active another person active and another person active. This is all within one month's time by the way, they look at every single calendar month so right now it's October you would need to have three active people in October, okay? Now let's say it comes to be November and let's say you sign up a new girl, then you have your other three people you signed up last month well, look they're not active they don't count yet so you're not a director yet until these people are active. So, as soon as you get at least two of these people active you will start to get directors pay. That's how director works.

You need to have three active people whether they're new or old doesn't matter but as long as you have three or more people that you sponsored then you're good. Now how does this person become a director? They need three active people. So, we're going to start using starbursts. These guys are their three active people. That means this person gets to be a director, you will stay a director because of these guys and this person can become a director. This person can be a director even if she has like five people as long as she's got at least three that person is a director. If this person has two they're still not a director they're just what they are they get to continue to reap the benefits of paparazzi but they won't be a director the people that are director get 10% of these people's PV this person will get 10% of these people's PV this person will get 5% because this person is not a director. Hopefully that makes sense so far. Because this person is a director you're going to get 10% of each of these people and you're going to get 5% of these people.
