On April 24, the final series of games for the title of national champions between the Zenit-Kazan volleyball teams and Dynamo Moscow started. The first match ended in favor of Kazan with the score 3:0 (25:22, 25:17, 25:17).

The Moscow volleyball players failed to seize the initiative in any of the games. The score is 1-0 now.

It should be noted that Zenit-Kazan finished the regular season in first place, but Dynamo was only in fourth place. During the entire preliminary stage, Kazan lost only three times, and not once in the playoffs.

The next match between the finalists will be held on April 26 at 19:30 Moscow time.

Recall that last year Zenit already became the champion of Russia, beating Dynamo Moscow in the final. Lokomotiv won the bronze medal.
