After being mutated by the experimental electric eels, Max Dillon wanders out into the streets of New York, ultimately ending up at Times Sqaure, where police fire at him. Spider-Man tries to convince him to come with him and talk. He tells the police not to shoot at Max, so a hidden sniper shoots Max. This angers Max, and he goes on a full out rampage, and is luckily stopped by Spider-Man and some firemen.
