Boss Fight Strategy:
Acid seems to be the best element here. For the Laxasia Phase 2, I recommend the Perfection Grindstone from Pulcinella (you need to unlock it by getting Fancy Venigni Collection item in Chapter 8, I think). This way you don't have to worry about the parry timing of her warp attack at the beginning.

Antonia's Fate (story spoilers):
Right after the Laxasia fight is the fate of Antonia back at Hotel Krat. Earlier in the game around Chapter 7, Polendina will ask you to give over a Gold Coin Fruit to treat Antonia. This video shows the two outcomes: when you don't give treatment, and what happens when you do.

My initial playthrough I did not give the Gold Coin Fruit, since I didn't find it (I teleported back to Hotel Krat, instead of finishing Chapter 5 all the way through). So don't miss this opportunity, because giving Antonia the Gold Coin Fruit will unlock the 'The Story of the Refined Old Lady' trophy/achievement, as well as a song record, Memory of Beach. The only two people in the Hotel that will give responses about Antonia is Venigni and Eugenie, and both responses are the same in both outcomes.
