Hi friends,

This year was difficult to say the least. I, myself, have been struggling with bouts of high anxiety/depression this past year and i truly felt the need to make this video, not only to let myself know that i'm not alone, but to also break down the stigma and get the world TALKING. It was so incredibly important to me that i normalize the day-to-day struggles of coping with a mental illness so that i can showcase unique perspectives on how one can better take care of themself & reach out if they need to. Check on your friends. Don't feel ashamed. Get help if you need it. This too, shall pass.
