Veronica was safe from elimination. She was allowed to choose four home cooks to cook with the canned version of the theme ingredient instead of fresh, and She gave the canned ingredient to Jeremy, Mary, Jacqueline and April Lee. The special ingredient was revealed to be pumpkin. Shawn made the best dish with Mary and Terry placing second and third respectively. Jennifer, April Lee and Michelle were called out for having the worst three dishes, and Michelle was sent home.
