The dough is not difficult and can be easily made at home without an oven.

✤ Cake batter
- 2 eggs (126g)
- 70g (7Tbsp) Allulose (or sugar)
- 1g Salt (2 pinches)
- 150ml Milk
- 150g Cake flour (all-purpose flour available)
- 10g (1Tbsp) Vegetable cooking oil
- 4g (1tsp) Baking powder
- 3g (1tsp) Vanilla oil can be omitted

✤ Custard cream
- 2 eggs
- 30g (3Tbsp) Allulose or sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 200ml Milk
- 20g (2Tbsp) Corn starch, any type
- 3g (1tsp) Vanilla oil can be omitted
- 10g Unsalted butter

✤ TIP
- If you have pancake powder, just add eggs and milk and make the dough. (However, the amount of milk varies)
