Today I’m at a bakery called CHERBOURG bread in Oitashi, Oita. CHERBOURG was
established in 1980 and it is one of the most popular bakeries in the prefecture. When you
first walk into the bakery, you will see an array of freshly baked bread, laid out beautifully as
if they were jewels in a jewel box. Please enjoy all that goes on in the kitchen at this bakery
which has withstood the test of time.
