FAMILIES NEED HELP AFTER A SHOOTING:

When news and headlines following an act of gun violence fade away... Who is left? THE FAMILIES! Although our country struggles to agree on a long-term solution to gun violence, we can ALL agree on one thing... Any family suffering a loss as a result of gun violence needs our support!

It's time to shift the focus to the families left in the aftermath of a shooting... not on the politics, the shooter or the ongoing gun rights debate. What if we helped these families through the most horrific time of their lives? What if we came together as a community to lift them up?

Has anyone ever really wondered what happens to these families after a shooting incident? Our Foundation sees the aftermath and hardships facing these families on a daily basis. Some of their challenges and experiences may include:

• Grief

• Depression

• Isolation

• Loss of Income/Debt

• Foreclosure

• Stress

• Health issues

• Suicidal Thoughts

• Family Strife

• Legal Issues

• Substance Abuse

Help us advocate for these families by getting involved today. Every dollar raised goes directly to a family in need, following a shooting. We work directly with county officials, community foundations and victims advocate agencies affiliated with a District Attorney's office to give immediate funding, often within 24 to 72 hours following an incident.
