INGREDIENTS

Alphonso Mango - 3 Nos
Cardamom Powder - 1/4 Tsp
Saffron
Sugar - 1/4 Cup
Fresh Curd
Ice Cubes

METHOD

1. Take ripened mangoes and peel off the skin. Cut them into small pieces and transfer them to a mixer jar.
2. Add cardamom powder and saffron strands to the mangoes.
3. Add sugar as per the mango quantity.
4. Grind everything to a smooth puree.
5. Add fresh curd and ice cubes. Grind again.
6. Transfer the lassi to a serving glass.
7. Garnish with chopped pistachios and chopped mango pieces.
8. Yummy Mango Lassi is ready to be served hot and nice.
