Also you can probably tell by this list that SM producers are my fave lmao (with LDN Noise being my #1 in terms of producing) i'm sorry but SM really do be putting out some of the best music in kpop. I also chose not to include idol producers (like Hui, Yoongi, 3racha, etc.) just because then the list would be way too long, but that doesn't mean that they aren't fantastic producers as well!!
