Gordon heads to The Beachfront Inn & Inlet, a `Caribbean-style' resort hotel in Fort Pierce, Florida. Young and inexperienced owner Brian is making guests' time at the hotel miserable with dusty rooms, late-night concerts and poor service.

Season 3, Episode 1

Gordon visits a lodge in Idaho that was built by the owner's own hands before the entrepreneur lost his passion due to a family tragedy. Gordon will try to bring the enthusiasm back to the owner and the guests back to the hotel.
