"Wealthy widower, Himmatram is disappointed with his alcoholic son, Sunderlal and hence wills everything to his grand-niece, Suman, with the condition that the estate will be owned by her future husband. Subsequently, Sunderlal approaches a matrimonial agency to find a groom that will be a puppet in his hands and marry Suman. This leads to hilarious situations in everybody's life.
