One of my favorite way to cook steak dinner! Super simple and delicious dinner recipe

Ingredients and recipe:
80g white mushrooms
80g cremini mushrooms
80g enoki mushrooms
Steak
3 cloves of garlic
20g butter
2 cups of day old rice
2 tablespoons of soy sauce
Vegetable oil
Salt and black pepper
Green onion (optional)

Cut mushrooms of your choice
Season steak with salt and pepper
Pan fry steak on high heat with vegetable oil
Cook both sides of the steak for 3 minutes each
Wrap the steak in aluminum foil and sit for 10 minutes
Finely dice a few heads of garlic
Heat butter on medium heat till melt
Add garlic and cook for 2 minutes
Add mushroom and cook for 2 minutes till soft
Season the mushroom with salt and pepper to taste
Add day old rice and stir for 2 minutes
Add soy sauce
Slice the steak
Add sliced steak and the juice to the pot
Stir to mix the steak and rice
Finish with chopped green onion (Optional)
